Menin Gate trip

From the 10-14th November 2004, one Explorer Scout, two members of the Scout Network, one member of Ormskirk Crew and three Leaders from West Lancashire visited the town of Ypres in Belgium to attend the annual poppy parade to the Menin Gate, as part of their act of Remembrance. These pages will hopefully give an idea of the impact which this trip had on those attending. We are intending on repeating this trip in future years, to give opportunity for more members of the county to experience this act of remembrance.
